At Parallel, we collaborate with your existing IT support team to get a better understanding of the technology you use, identify any problems that have been reported by your employees and determine what works well and what doesn't. This is all part of the partnership we build with your business to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service.

How do you charge?

We offer two models to our clients. If you have a one-off project, we can assist you accordingly. Alternatively, if you need our services on a long-term basis, we can partner with you under a retainer agreement. Most of our clients prefer the retainer option, which is valid for 12 months and tailored to the size of your business. This model ensures that you have access to our services whenever you need them and can be scaled up as per your requirements.
